Used to do plenty of research and couldn’t decide between this bag and therefore the Fleurville Mothership. I will be SO glad I find the Skip*Hop Studio Diaper Tote!!!!
This bag is awesome. A multitude of pockets – not those small, useless pockets, either. The different pockets are a good size and help much keep everything organized. The handles are a good length and fit nicely in the shoulder; the handle straps also stay have on my shoulder, which is extremely important whenever you’re carrying a baby. The bag looks great, too. Not too fancy, except for too casual. (I own it in black) The content is soft (can’t contemplate an increased word) the program’s straightforward squeeze to tight spaces – yet somehow it’s sturdy. For sale Fleurville Lexi tote and that i find it irresistible, too, but that bag is type of stiff. I presume this Skip*Hop results in being my everyday bag. At long last, I’ve found my perfect diaper bag. I’ve tried some other brands (Petunia Pickle Bottom, Fleurville, OiOi, Lexie Barnes in addition to other Skip Hop models) to discover some important element lacking – usually loss of organization, space, style or security. But this bag has it all.
*Two roomy external bottle pockets also fit sippies and 16 oz. thermos bottles
*Two interior bottle pockets also fit sippies (hard to work out these pockets while in the Skip Hop provided photos, but these were a fantastic surprise)
*Nice and roomy interior zip pocket in main compartment, sufficient to adjust to an extra onesie, socks, and knit pants
*Foldable changing pad that is definitely softer nylon, not the cold cheapy vinyl Skip Hop uses while in the Dash and Duo lines.
*Large exterior pocket in a back corner fits coloring magazines and books, and he has a magnet closure (magnet isn’t that strong, however – wish it had been simple closure instead)
*Medium pocket at the spine containing antimicrobial lining. Lost if the pocket is said to be for food (seems too small in the package in the form of lunch compartment and snacks may get crushed) – it can be way too large for pacifiers…would fit around 20 pacifiers though if necessary. I apply it my wallet and wristlet and hair comb. Diapers and wipes would fit here too.
*2 front zip pockets. One on the top is robust size for your personal cell and keys. One on bottom a good quality size for burp cloths, bibs, travel size lotions.

*Beautiful ribbed nylon (not sure how nylon is “eco” though) fabric. I had this bag in black therefore it looks sharp.

Be skeptical! This bag is falling apart. I’ve been there intended for 4 months, and I’m not difficult on my things. It’s my job to resell my “old” bags and baby items on craigslist, but this won’t even be decent enough to give to Goodwill! I wonder if all the best review this bag got were from when folks first first got it with the mail, because I was actually excited after i got it. In hindsight, I wish I’d gotten the Babymel Amanda bag I’d debated getting.
Pros:
1. I like several the pockets it offers to tidy up my toddler’s sippy cups, snacks, toys, diapers, etc.
2. It straps work well.
Cons:

Irrrm a sucker for the availability pockets and as the second revewier mentioned, they they fit in intuitive locations. The 2 main end pockets are insulated and simple point and click, and the within should make it simple stay organized. It clips are very nice- robust metal clips with webbing straps. That had been a sizable mistake. I wish I listened. I ordered the pewter dot studio bag. I agonized over buying diaper bag because I didn’t have to have one that screamed “MOMMY!”, but I didn’t want to blow lots of dollars. I kept recurring to the bag, lastly I gave in.
It’s so cute! I’ve gotten compliments onto it from strangers, and in some cases my hubby doesn’t think it’s horrible (he often questions my more fashionable purchases). The colours are as pictured online – a great pewter in addition to a lighter grey with a few teal undertones. It has worn effectively inside 8 weeks I’ve used it – no loose strings, broken zippers, ripped lining, etc… The primary issue We’ve with the wine is that should be so heavy, but I imagine all diaper bags are heavy.

2. The connectors can feel just a little short every so often, particularly when the bag is full.
3. The blanket pouch on teh lateral side I feel is virtually unusable because of the blanket can just slide right out and’t have anything inside pocket above it for this to work.
Overall, yes, You need to this bag considering it’s looks, it’s durability, plus it’s drawbacks aren’t sufficiently strong so it will be anything fewer than really usable.

The pad is scuffed and pilled. Straps are so frayed it’s quite obvious they come from “pleather.” Don’t misunderstand me, it’s an adorable and also functional bag but don’t expect it to carry up for that long haul. Having purchased and loved the Skip Hop Dash for my first child, I decided i would treat myself to a different bag for my second child in addition to wanted one who was some larger. This bag is of interest and spacious with lots of space for every one of the stuff two toddlers require. HOWEVER, it did start to show wear after only a couple of months of daily use. My original Dash looked new after daily use for eighteen months! The vinyl has cracked in so a multitude of locations and appears so ratty that i’m wanting to toss the whole part of the garbage. I won’t recommend buying any Skip Hop bags crafted from the newer materials-they just cannot support the abuse required. I plan to switch this bag with another of Skip Hop’s genius canvas styles.
